I have used the shop regularly over the last 3 months. The range of products and service are very good indeed. The manager, Bashir, is most helpful and has advised me regarding my options with various electrical products. Also products may be returned, without question, if required. I would have no hesitation in recommending this outlet as the best electrical shop I have visited in a long while.-M E
